Acceptance of Quotes & Orders:
• The quote is valid according to the price expiry date on the advert. Proforma invoice valid for 2 days.
• Kindly email proof of payment to deirdre@tagex.co.za .
• Order will be released when payment reflects in our bank account.
Processing of Order:
• Please allow a lead time of up to 3-5 working days, unless otherwise notified by your sales consultant.

Delivery:
• All orders will be delivered via our couriers. You will be notified on the status of your delivery.
• We invoice on economy service, which could take 2 to 5 days to arrive. If the order is urgent, we could provide overnight options.
Product Warranty:
• The product carries only manufacturer’s warranty.
• Products damaged during the transit will not be covered under the warranty.
• NB: Transport insurance can be added upon request

Inspection of Products:
• Upon delivery or collection, please examine the products carefully.
• Please contact deirdre@tagex.co.za within 48 hours with any issues regarding your order.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.
• lf the products are damaged, incorrect or missing, please contact us within 48 hours, and desist from using the products.
Our returns policy is valid for 7 days:
After 7 days we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
